I like to stay at the Comfort Inn located in Cobourg as it gives me a place to relax and have a rest full sleep through the week. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. There is a nice .....

Positives: The fresh towels, little shampoo, conditioner bottles, the folding of the linens, the nice breakfast, the quietness, the fresh smell, the friendly staff and pleasant attitude. A treat in my mind.
Negatives: The lack of a pool, restaurant and contractors who stay there. But they are people too and only a few were noisy, giving the rest a bad rap.

Had a problem with noise - contacted by manager and treated very good would would stay again without any hesitation.
Positives: Extremely clean.

Housekeeping staff was nice, hotel was doggy. Had been put in a smoking room because I had my dog, which they never mentioned when I booked. If I knew that, I never would have booked.

Positives: I could bring my dog, but then I got a crappy room and it smelled.
Negatives: Front desk was rude when I asked to be moved to the non smoking room I booked.
