Considering this hotel was only a 1 star, I was very surprised at how much I liked it. It was very clean and private. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly. I just wished it would have had a refrigerator and a microwave, so I wouldn't have had to throw out my left over lunch. The room was beautiful though. Would absolutely recommend.

Positives: Room was gorgeous, loved the Jacuzzi and all the mirrors, convenient location.

Negatives: Shower was dinky and leaked all over the place; main door to hotel did not lock despite key given to us.

My problem is with the desk clerk at this hotel; he was rude and refused to give me my room. I drove down with 3 other people and he refused to believe that 2 of them were not staying with us (they were not) Since he would not allow me to stay, I asked for him to cancel, which he also refused. I went to a hotel two blocks away and was in my room in 5 minutes.

Positives: Nothing at all.

Negatives: Staff.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The in room amenities were not up to par. There was no clock, no toiletries, no "do not disturb" sign, one single garbage can, you get my point. The hotel staff was completely rude. We had a little misunderstanding on our stay and the owner was completely rude! The walls are paper thin as well, which led to very little sleep. The maid walked into our room the next morning 2 hours before checkout without knocking or anything! I would suggest that you avoid this place completely! There are plenty of reputable establishments in the area that would never treat their guests like criminals watching their every move. The family owned hotel sounds comforting, but instead was infuriating!
