This is a horrible hotel; do not go there unless you want to pay for services which you did not use.

It was suited for the few days we stayed but not comfortable. It is very run down and dingy. There was one night that there was a bug crawling in our bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs better up keep the price. I have stayed in better. When we take another trip to Victoria, we will not be staying at this hotel again nor will we recommend.

Positives: Convent for a drive to downtown Victoria.

Negatives: The room was dingy and run down.

If you just want a good clean place to stay then this hotel would just hit the mark. It could be nearer and smelt better, but for a few nights stay it will do for the price.

Positives: The location is okay, service was nice, room quality is okay for the price we paid.

Negatives: Room smelled of smoking, and bathroom could be better.
