We used Knox as our base for a three night visit to PEI. It was perfect. We saw and did a lot in our brief visit to PEI and felt very satisfied with our visit. The hosts at Knox were very helpful. I especially appreciated the great cooking and the special effort the hostess made to prepare a fully low carb breakfast for me when she realized I couldn't eat all the luscious goodies she had to offer. Salad with my eggs and meat for breakfast! I was in heaven. Our room was the best we had on the trip and we were very comfortable.
