An old building that hasn't been updated. The decor is old and shows wear and damage, the plumbing is old and unreliable, the bed and bedding was clean but old and worn.

Negatives: Noisy hallways, tiny bathroom, old and dingy.

On warm days the hotel is extremely hot
Smelling of body odor, unshaved, not clean looking maintenance staff. The general odor in the building is of a stagnant nature and very humid.
