The hotel was well located, the fact that double occupancy only gave me one bed was very disappointing<BR/>I had to pay more for an upgrade for two beds very disappointing.

Very friendly staff. Easy access. Parking good (low clearance) and free. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We did stay in a renovated floor.

Negatives: They were not confident in their Priceline guidelines.

Excellent hotel well located near popular areas and close to shops. Seating area and full kitchen in rooms means this is an excellent mini-apartment stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Negatives: It is a 2 star sketchy hotel and I chose a 3.5 star.

The Luis Riel far exceeded our expectations! I would gladly stay there again if the opportunity arose and will definitely recommend it to my friends if they are going to be traveling to Winnipeg.

There are many street people around this hotel, the area is not clean, the hotel is not clean. When our room was "cleaned" it was still not. The bed was not comfortable.
