I loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, comfortable and attractive. Beds very inviting-looking and comfortable.
Positives: The beds were super comfy.
Negatives: My husband is a smoker and it was inconvenient for him to have to go all the way outdoors for a smoke.

Convenient location, free wireless, and great staff. Had problems with my heater and they took care of it right away. Great hotel.
Positives: Location, location, location, frees wireless.
Negatives: Wireless was quite slow.

Good location for visit to downtown Saint John. Reasonable price.
Positives: Good sized room without overdoing it.
Negatives: No clearly understood access to parking garage. Elevator card access confusing.

Outstanding value! Everything you would expect from a Delta: a nice room, clean and well-appointed bathroom, friendly front desk staff, excellent location, with the mall conveniently (but not noisily) located at the concourse level. A far nicer room and at a much better price than all the Days Inns and Comfort Inns we stayed at on a long car trip.
Positives: Swimming pool, whirlpool, and location.
Negatives: Parking in the parkade was a little pricey.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Saint John, all the quality you would expect. Would recommend this hotel highly.

It was not a good hotel. I was given a very small room. It was not a room, probably a storage place at sometime which was converted into a room. It was very depressing and not worth the money I paid for. My bed was made everyday which was good, but sheets were never changed in four days.
Positives: Housekeeping girls were probably working okay.
Negatives: Everything else was negative, bathroom was just okay, room was totally depressing.
