Worst experience ever. When I got there the AC didn't work, which I wasn't too upset about, I simply asked for another. They then moved someone out of a new room into the handicapped room, then moved .....

Positives: If the staff is unpleasant, nothing feels good about the hotel.

Negatives: Rude staff, AC didn't work in two rooms.

The hotel was new and clean. It was next door to a Applebee's that helped for dinner. The breakfast was a bit used. Low cereals containers and no sugar. Of course in Canada I find it to be different .....
