Loon Lodge is the perfect way to enjoy the experience of Lake Temagami and Loon Magic. We are open all year long, offering all our special guests accommodations that are modern and clean with cozy rooms, lounge with satellite TV and even a hot tub to totally relax and take in the Loon Lodge experience. Loon Lodge is situated on the hub of Lake Temagami, a northern Ontario playground nestled within an old growth forest approximately 5 hours drive north of Toronto. With over 2000 miles of shoreline just waiting to be explored, the Temagami region is a sight to behold. You can fish for species such as Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Pickerel and Bass. It has been told that they may even jump right into the boat. You may even see our legendary sea monster, Bessy. Don't worry, we hear she's friendly.

There are private or shared three and four piece bathrooms. Each room opens onto a central hall leading to a comfortable lounge with books, games, fireplace and a satellite TV. We also have housekeeping cottage with kitchenette, bathroom, 2 bedrooms complete with electric heating. Linen and dishes are also provided for your convenience.

Our dining room is in a separate building overlooking the lake and serves fine hearty home cooked meals.


Wake up to the magic of Temagami and enjoy the wonderful view of the Lake right outside your door. Sit back and relax in the lounge. Make a snack, watch some satellite TV or even a movie. There are card and board games or just read a good book The main lodge has 5 bedrooms with accommodation for 2 to 4 persons per room, in twin double or bunk beds.

The hot tub is perfect after a long day out on the trail or after a day of fishing!
