I like the location. The room was tidy and clean. But the dishes provided had stains. The parking building next to the hotel has ceilings that look like they were about to fall apart. Staff was good .....

Very accommodating conveniently located and clean hotel suite. The staff are friendly and efficient. The elevators took some time but the stairs were great exercise. The kitchen facilities were .....

Positives: Hotel was clean efficient and accommodating. We called ahead and got an early check in at no cost! Very friendly.
Negatives: The access to the pool was less than desirable and it was shared with Novotel.

Appears to be a former apartment building, so suites are very spacious. Kitchen and laundry facilities included in each suite.

The room was good lots of space, even included a washer & dryer. The bed was uncomfortable. We had a smoking room & it smelled stale. If you go there bring a couple of scented candles to help .....

One of the first room we got was awful; dirty floors, rotting food, and smoky. When complaint was made they pretty much just frabreezed the place. There's also isn't enough non-smoking room .....

Hotel was great and suite was roomy. Liked the idea of a suite that had a kitchen and laundry facilities. Very close to the Market area for dining and sight seeing, shopping as well.

Great hotel for extended stays. Our room had a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with queen size bed, plus kitchen with oven and microwave, full-size fridge, dishwasher, washer and drier, iron .....

Comfortable. Convenient. Parking was an issue for us as our oversized vehicle would not fit under parking gate and damage occurred to the roof.

Les Suites is a great place for a family with young children, a separate TV and room of the kids and a full kitchen to eat in. Parliament and the museums are a short walk away.

I really enjoyed our stay, we were in room at the hotel in Ottawa. I loved the layout of the suite and that it was furnished so nicely and furnished well. Although it does seem like an older motel .....

Hotel was good, it had a full kitchen and laundry in our room. As I said our room smelled like it was smoked in. We are non-smokers. It had 2 TV's which was good 4 our family on our down time.

This hotel was in walking distance of just about everything. We walked to Byword Market, Parliament Hill, Sparks Street and even the old jail. The location was just on the edge of some sketchy parts .....
