Loon Lake Lodge - Situated in the heart of the Land O'Lakes Tourist Region, in Eastern Ontario only 2.5 hrs from the 1000 Island's Bridge (see map). Loon Lake Lodge is an American Plan lodge, in which we provide 3 fine home cooked meals daily and your accommodations. We are located on Skootamatta Lake which offers over 50 miles of rugged, uninhabited and unspoiled shoreline. With lots of crown land, picturesque islands and secluded bays. The lake is 8 miles long, and has depths ranging up to 90 feet providing very good fishing for small and large mouth bass, walleye, and northern pike.

Even if you don't fish you'll still find lots to do. This may include taking a dip in our swimming pool, relaxing in our Jacuzzi, sunbathing on our large decks located at water's edge, taking a hike in our picturesque woods, playing a friendly game of golf or tennis at nearby courts, going to towns to shop which are only 5 to 10 minutes away.

From the moment you arrive you will spend your holiday in the relaxing atmosphere of natural beauty. Our main lodge and dining room has a magnificent view of the lake where you can catch the sunrise or set. Your lakeside accommodations have spectacular views, where you can follow the early call of the loon.
