While the hotel itself was adequate the experience with the add-on services (shuttle service) was totally negative. We waited over 45 minutes at the airport for pick-up at 02:00 am in cold wet weather and had to call the hotel 3 times before we were picked up. The shuttle finally arrived 10 minutes late. (4 minute drive to the hotel, we timed it). There was no apology from the driver or desk staff when I retrieved my keys. We have stayed at this hotel five times prior to vacation flights and have booked other people there also.

Positives: Convenient to airport.

Negatives: Shuttle service.

Starting at Toronto - Pearson Intl Airpo FROM AIRPORT follow signs to Airport/Dixon Rd, at lights turn left and follow to Hotel - 1KM. FROM HWY 401 Eastbound, Exit HWY 427 North, Exit at Dixon Rd, Turn left at lights and travel to Hotel 2KM from lights. FROM HWY 401 Westbound, Exit Dixon Rd and travel to Hotel 5KM.
