We took our teenage children and they loved the water activities. Restaurant food was excellent. We wanted to pay for an upgrade - pavilion room and they refused. We were put in travelers room which .....

Overall, we enjoyed what little time we spent there. The main outdoor pool was a little old, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Room was very clean, free WiFi in room was an added bonus.

We stayed at this hotel at Easter time. Unfortunately even with the cold wintry weather, they had cancelled most of their winter activities. So being remote, there was little to do in this in-between .....

Positives: The hotel had a great atmosphere and a lot to do. Would definitely go back if we got this price again.
Negatives: The hot tub is very small and soapy. The floor at the pool area and games area was very dirty and not cleaned often.

Very family oriented, nice gym, pool, spa. Try a restaurant called "3 guys and a stove" located 5 minute drive away, excellent food.

Deer Hurst is a great resort. This particular stay was very short, less than 24 hours, and the weather was not nice. Our room was in an older building and could use some talk. Our last stay was in .....
