Unfortunately, my stay was short, so I did not experience much of the hotel amenities beyond my room. Ironing board would have been appreciated in the room. The reservation agent -young male- was very helpful in getting directions.

Positives: Easy to find, central location in Invermere/Windermere.

Negatives: I don't like having to plug in a lamp to the wall for light.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful for the most part. Although we told them there were four of us in the room, we had to ask for a set of towels each day, as we were only given three sets. The room was not really made up each day, beds not made, etc. and one day the room coffee pot was not cleaned out or supplies restocked. Probably an oversight, overall a good experience.

Positives: Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Negatives: Room was not cleaned very well from day to day and we were always short of towels.
