Positives: Our room had 2 television sets! Great for us and the children! I also liked the fully stocked kitchen.

Negatives: There was nothing not to like. It was great!

The hotel was superior to what I expected. The workout center was very nice. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Positives: The suites were very spacious with a nice kitchen. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Negatives: The parking garage was tight and the spaces were small for a large vehicle. The elevators were slow.

The size of the rooms is a plus for this hotel....it is ideal for families on vacation. It is clean and the free breakfast is a major attraction. It is homely. Would stay there again, and would .....

Great service, great location and great rates.Aside from the tiny parking garage, there really wasn't much to complain about.I would definitely stay here again.

For the price that was accepted, this was really a great hotel. Everything was great. The next time I am in Ottawa, I hope I get this hotel again.

Positives: The vacinity was great, by the Parliement and the canal. Kitchen, living room and big bathroom for the price was just great.

Negatives: Absolutely nothing, this was the 5'th or 6'th time
