Arrived at the hotel to find out that both the hot tub and pool were broken. When calling the hotel 3 days prior to leaving for Calgary when I asked the staff whether they had a hot tub or pool, I was told yes. But was not. Told that they had been broken for months. The only reason I had booked this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub. When after checking in, we found out that the staff were extremely rude about it. I had booked a double queen room with small kitchenette. When checked in we weren't even given that correct suite. Would definitely not book from them again.

I had a chair in my room that I refused to sit on. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the room was clean other than the chair. There was some pine tree air fresheners in the air conditioner. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was good. Hot tub under construction during my stay.
