I have stayed at this hotel several times before and will definitely stay again.

Positives: Staff was friendly and the room was good for what I paid.

Negatives: The hotel entrance garbage was overflowing both days we were there and there was garbage everywhere.

Main entrance door broken. Carpet stained, walls filthy, holes in the walls, bedding dirty on arrival. Strong odor I thought it was stale cigarettes, but not really sure. Charged for parking. Did not honor requests. Room: two Queen beds, provided 2 towels, guess we could share. One washcloth. Infested with spiders and my favorite. Drapes did not fit the window. Everyone was friendly enough, but if I hadn't prepaid I would not have stayed. Photos on website are a joke.

Positives: Check out day.

Negatives: Everything.

The whirlpool was luke warm, and the pool freezing. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not work properly. The room smelled bad. The toilet water kept running, and it was noisy. The ice machine was not working. There was no sugar or whitener for the coffee in the room. The coffee machine did not work right with a faulty plug. There were spider webs and a spider outside the balcony door. They charged $10 for parking. The duvet cover on one of the beds was torn badly. The towels were worn. Also, I could not sleep due to the noisy toilet and lack of air conditioner as it was hot. I even had ear plugs in and could hear the toilet water running!

This was the type of hotel I was hoping for. Not expensive, off the beaten track of Niagara Falls, comfortable beds. We did have a lot of bugs (spiders and outdoor bugs) since we were on the ground floor. The swimming pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was also tepid - lots of younger kids in it. Good value for the money, though.

Positives: Comfortable beds.

Negatives: Many spiders and outside bugs.

Other than the heat not being on, I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and were very helpful.

Positives: I loved that it had a fireplace.

Negatives: The heat wasn't on in the hotel when I arrived. My room was freezing cold.

I would certainly recommend it. Nice rooms, kind of far from the main scene but the free shuttle runs every 30 mins, so it wasn't much of a hiccup. Great value.

Positives: It was relatively clean, price was great, I honestly thought I was going to a dump since it was originally rated as a 1 star. Decent place.

Negatives: It would have been easier if it were closer to the main area, but at least there was a shuttle every half an hour, so it didn't really matter all that

It was great for location and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Positives: Accommodated when they found I am handicapped.

We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. It was nice and a convenient. It was only a mile from the falls, so we were able to see the attractions with ease. I would go back to this hotel in the future.

Positives: Very comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed it.

Negatives: Our room wasn't cleaned completely by room service.

I did not like my stay because of basic cleanliness and safety. Room had water stained rug. Grout was missing in bathroom shower stall. The room had an odor. The comforter on bed was dirty. Lock broken on sliding door leading to the outside. Ceiling water stained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and competent, so the problems were management's fault.

Positives: Staff was friendly and competent. The price was good.

Negatives: Room had water stained rug. Grout missing in bathroom shower stall. Room smelled, comforter dirty. Lock broken on sliding door leading to the outside.

The receptionist desk made you feel like you were bothering them. They never smiled. Were not people friendly or did not enjoy their job. This motel was cleaner than the last one I stayed at. Enjoyed bottom floor room. Parking a little tight. All in all I would recommend this hotel for short stays visits. They were not to family or people oriented. The main man came and looked at our problems and said he because the hotel was old to fix the problems he would have to shut the water off completely. The air also leaked when on high all over the floor. So we kept it on medium. It was in the high 90 during our stay.

Positives: Not too far from the falls. shuttle service was nice.

Negatives: Water in tub ran all the time. toilet made noise all the time.

The location near the Falls was probably the best feature of this hotel. The corridors, stairwells, and our room were "tired" looking and dirty. The two ice makers on the premises were out of ice for many hours on the hotel's busiest day (Sat.). We did not have enough bathroom towels and requested more, but they never arrived.

Positives: It is conveniently located near Niagara Falls.

Negatives: Hotel is not kept clean. Our bathroom needed tile repair and was not very clean.

It was very nice and the staff was very professional. Over all, it worked out great. The shuttle passes that they gave us were also very useful and we greatly appreciated them giving those to us.

Positives: It was in a safe area.

I over all was happy with my stay, I was hoping the hotel gave some more incentives, and casino stuff.

Positives: The pick up of the bus to the casino.

Negatives: The times of the bus posting and going to other places.
