Stayed at the Corkin View for a honeymoon we will never forget. The beach house has the perfect mix of rustic warmth and modern convenience. Hand crafted finishing and little touches throughout created a special sense of our place on the island and its history. We really appreciated the high speed internet and fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. There was a fun outdoor shower stall and our day trips throughout the surrounding countryside were awesome. Walks at low tide on the endless red sand beaches were capped off with beautiful sunsets and marshmallow roasts where the only sound was the pop and crackle of our glowing campfire. Gilbert and Goldie were the perfect hosts for a relaxing and refreshing trip full of memories.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful beach house for our honeymoon. We were both amazed at the beautiful sights right out from the back door, and the hospitality of Gilbert and Goldie. The finishing touches here and there were noticed every day. If you're looking for genuine quiet, rest and relaxation, this is definitely the place to stay. And don't miss out on the lobster dinner that your hosts offer!
