We were very pleased with the room. Very clean, spacious and great upkeep. Even the stairwells smelled very clean. The outside of the building however looked much run down. If we never had reservations, we probably would not have stopped due to the condition of the outside of the Hotel. We were extremely pleased to see the inside, did not reflect the outside condition.

Positives: Room was very clean and large.

Negatives: The overall outside appearance of this hotel was very poor and old looking, inside was very nice.

Pricing a bit high for quality. Off season rates should apply year round. Building needs to be spruced up.

Positives: Good restaurant.

Negatives: Noise, Barking dog and kids running up stairs. Building is quite old.

Poor state of repair. Dirty rooms. Not recommended at any price.

Positives: Front desk staff.

Negatives: Room was filthy. The cleaning staff never did vac., clean bathroom floor or pick up paper.
