The overall stay was pleasant and the staff was courteous. However we did find the rooms a wee bit small and therefore crowded.

This was a great choice for the weekend travelers. The free breakfast was great. The selection is what you expect (omelets, muffins, bacon sausage etc.) The location was prime we could walk .....

It was not that good. The coffee downstairs was cold, there was never any water in the dispenser for tea, and the room was not clean. There was garbage from a previous guest under my bed and my bed .....

Positives: It was a good location for walking to places in the daytime.
Negatives: I didnt like the lack of cleanliness and the view from my room. I had the homeless shelter to look at and didnt feel safe leaving after 8pm.

You can find the hotel easily because it is near King and Church. You can see the Church and hear the Church bells every 15 minutes.

Positives: I liked the location, the air conditioning and the friendly staff.
Negatives: I did not like the initial desk staff telling me my VISA was declined when they didn't enter the expiry date correctly.

Would recommend this hotel to business travelers. Breakfast complimentary. Great Staff. Only bad thing about this hotel is the druggies and crack heads that's on the streets around the hotel all day.

The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. The lady in the gift shop was helpful. Great location for downtown activities. I only wish it had a pool and gym.

We liked the pillows, would have liked a pool or spa. The location is ok. Taxi's are very economical and parking is as well. The area is busy with new buildings being built and looks very promising.

Hotel is located in a run down part of the downtown, off of the main streets. On one corner is a 24 Hour gas station and store, the other a salvation army shelter, and another, a goodwill thrift .....

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from subway and 10 minute walk from Eaton Center. It's clean. I can't say anything about breakfast because I couldn't be bothered to actually get up early enough .....
