The staff did not respond the my getting sickened by the mold in the room. They admitted to a problem, but have done nothing.

Positives: Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and close to attractions.
Negatives: The smallness of room, no sound barrier for hall wall noise such as early morning shouting of children.

Excellent location, for price hotel was phenomenal. Rooms were a little small, but we did get a free upgrade to the top floor, floor to ceiling windows, w/ view of the falls so that was great. Hotel .....

We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and advised the room was not ready. When we got to the room, we were very disappointed as it was so small and very basic. We went out that night and when we returned it .....

Standard room is one double bed. No other rooms were available to us, other than room with king size bed which we had to pay additional money for. We still had to set up two cots in the small room.

Good location, but the room is so tight for 2 persons. If I didn't upgrade the room to be a queen bed, I have had no idea how did my friend and I can be in the same room. Flooding in the bathtub.

Restaurant very overpriced. Not worth it even for the view of Niagara Falls. Noisy hotel. High price to use internet. Parking too far away and too expensive.

Rooms were nice enough, starbucks in lobby, close to all attractions. Pool was<BR/>bad, bad color to water, no towels available. Screwed up my bill and credit card transaction.

Since we were there on March Break we received free tickets for Adventure City fun house, SWAT bus, mini golf and bumper cars. This was a great savings and a fun way to spend time.

This motel was very convenient to everything at Niagara Falls. You could look out the room window and see the falls. The rooms were kind of small by today's standards but very clean and comfortable.
