Staff were very accomodating, access is easy off the Linc, food was prepared well for the conference we attended, clean and lovely rooms.

Positives: close to many restuarants
close to a major shopping mall
easy to access off the Lincoln Alexander Parkway
clean
friendly staff

Negatives: The sign at the roadside is difficult to see as you travel south on Upper James...it is too low.

No on-site restaurant except at breakfast.
