Excellence & very friendly staff. Good location. They put us in a room with no view. The towers were dirty. Cleanliness is more important to me, so I gave this hotel a 4-star.

The hotel was a good deal as we only needed a safe and clean place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. The room was clean although the decor and furniture left something to be desired, but for .....

Negatives: Everything was so tiny! I'm 5'5, 120lbs, but even to me the sink, shower, everything was so undersized. No microwave.

I personally don't think this hotel is worth 3.5 stars... 2.5 star is my thought. The room we stayed for the first night didn't have an air-con and we barely slept that night

Great bang for your buck. You need a vehicle to get from the hotel to downtown though, but it's a very quick and easy drive to get there. Helpful staff and a clean room!

This hotel is not in a good location, When we drove into the parking lot it was filled with kids because there is a liquor store attached to the hotel.....the parking underground had a gate when you .....

Hotel was a good value for price. Good location for downtown access and easy access to highway. Close to Galloping Goose trail for walking or biking. Housekeeping was not the best. House keeper did .....

The hotel was in the middle of re-staffing and under new management, so, the restaurant was just starting to accommodate guests. It had plenty of parking with an underground parking area as well. It .....

This Ramada is located right next to the hospital on route 1A. It is about 15 minutes from Downtown and convenient if you have your own transportation. Plenty of parking. The room was very nice-two .....

The service was horrible. No hot water in the morning and burnt out hair dryer. When I brought my concerns to the front desk staff, he was rude. I was staying only one night so I wasnt asking for .....

The hotel was small but clean. The location is a little bit far from Downtown Victoria. You can use bus number 11 to get to hotel. The area was safe. The hotel staffs are friendly. We enjoy our stay. .....

Overall it was good for the price and location. But the room I stayed in didn't have any air-conditioning so we had to leave the window open, but we could hear all the night traffic and fire trucks .....

Hotel is OK, clean and relatively quiet. Located outside the City Center but not too far. Bar on the premises brings rowdy crowds at times. It was quiet we were there.
