I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although, the room I stayed in could have been a little cleaner? Compared to some places I've stayed, it wasn't too bad but I think one of the biggest priorities in this business should be cleanliness. But all in all it was decent.

Positives: Friendly staff fairly cleans accommodations, enjoyable stay.

Negatives: Rooms could have been a little cleaner (but overall were alright).

I chose this hotel for its location and that was excellent. The service was wonderful.

Positives: Great pool, very nice room, great continental breakfast.

Negatives: One elevator, quite slow.

We had a very enjoyable stay, the room was quiet, convenient to the west Ed, temperature of room was great and the breakfast in the morning was very good overall.

Positives: I thought the pool/hot tub area was great. Not the usual mugginess.

Negatives: Scrambled eggs made from water.

The rooms were bright and clean and every person we had any kind of dealings with or questions of ,were so very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with nice and friendly staff that I really enjoyed to stay for a week.

Positives: I really liked free good breakfast at hotel that is wonderful.

Negatives: I do not like it when the poor people (beggars) asked for money outside.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the front desk staff. The continental breakfast was also much less than I expected in comparison to other hotels.

Positives: I like the location and it was clean.

Negatives: The front desk staff, with the exception of one gentleman was quite rude and not at all helpful.
