It is definitely not a 4 star. For some reason the ceilings were lower in different areas of the room. In the shower I hit a ceiling tile when lifting my arms. The staff were quite friendly, however .....

Nice, basic hotel. Good size room and basic amenities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Biggest problem was noise level at night - street noise was terrible and some groups at the hotel started .....

Junior suite room very well equipped. Nice view. Parking was full but indoor lot two blocks away fairly convenient and safe. Not really convenient to downtown and old city but easy walk to metro. .....

The stay at the hotel was comfortable. My only complaints were there was no overnight parking at the hotel and the wait for an elevator was sometimes long as there were only 2 elevators.

Overall an average stay at best, but it's not entirely the hotel's fault. There was construction going on constantly and I was awoken early every single day of my stay with the exception of Sunday. .....

Hotel could not provide a room with two beds. Not enough elevators and waiting in lobby for ages to get to room on 17th floor. Will not stay there again.
