I could not believe how poorly the kitchen staff worked the food they prepared even the simplest i.e. scrambled eggs, were a disaster. After the first day we ate out for breakfast.

Positives: The hotel was centrally located. It was easy to get around places. The hotel was neat and clean. The breakfast was great.
Negatives: The carpet needs to be changed in the hallways. Also the elevators were so busy that it look has forever.

The staff gave us a corner suite for no extra charge. Great bedding & pillows-it was like sleeping on a cloud. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The room I got has a fully functional kitchen with microwave and fridge. Very nice for what I paid for. The only downside is that the hotel parking did .....

I recomend this hotel. Probabily will stay there again The only serious problem was that I left early and my wife had some problems with the reception regarding use of safe. She does not speak french .....

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were fluent in three languages. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked. The hotel's location was close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
