Would not stay here again. Noisy drunken guests in room next door laughing, talking loudly, boucing ball on floor & wall woke me just before 3:30am. Complained three times to reception. Little .....

Positives: Good location, very modern, clean, very helpful staff.

Negatives: No do not disturb signs for the doors, cleaning staff comes in at 8:30 am - way too early if you want to sleep in.

Positives: good location to old quebec-a 5 minute walk to old town

Negatives: only 2 elevators to rooms-slow but tolerable

This hotel has a prime location for Quebec City and all of the main attractions. The hotel has nearly 400 rooms, and only one floor is smoking, but we ended up on it.

Negatives: For the price you pay, the hotel is not very clean. The hotel badly needs maintenance, there were broken walls, filthy lift with broken fixtures, dirty carpets.
