Island Serenity was a perfect match for us! Not wanting the traditional B and B where you are with other guests, this guest suite was fully private and offered stunning views of the Stuart Sound right from the private deck. The hosts were very nice and lived up to thier promise of giving us total privacy. It was like our own vacation home during our stay. Excellent, easy access to the surrounding towns/beaches via HWY 1. Great deck for BBQ with a wonderful gas grill. We highly suggest the Safeway in Duncan...great place to buy groceries and meats. There is also a nice grocery store in Ladysmith.

Positives: Private suite with no curfews. We came and went as we pleased and also had full laundy and kitchen facilities right in the suite.

Negatives: Must be able to do stairs. No housekeeping. So dishes, bed making, etc are up to you.

Island Serenity if a cozy, comfortable studio suite in the heart of Vancouver Island. The place include a great king size bed, kitchenette, washer and dryer, as well as free internet. It has the best garden patio with a view of the water. Can't be beat. Enjoy your stay.
