Silver Lake Regional Park is located 15 kms northeast of Maidstone. The park consists of 260 acres of land with a lake known as Silver Lake. The park operates from middle of April to the middle of October.

Glenburn Regional Park is situated on Highway 376, between Maymont and Sonnigdal, along the North Saskatchewan River. The park is near the site where the Maymont Ferry operated from 1926 to 1975. The Ferry was moved to form a bridge over the creek between the park and golf area.

"We were on a family camping trip, when we arrived there was no one there to take our money; just a sign saying to go knock on the house door if there was no one around. No one answered the door ..... "

Located on Big Shell Lake in west central Saskatchewan, Big Shell Recreation Site is a leased provincial recreation site that​ includes a quiet well-treed campground with 12 full hook-up seasonal sites, two electric sites and a tenting site.

The park is a hidden jewel in a valley with a trout stocked creek running the park. It is open from Victoria Day long weekend to the September long weekend. A daily entrance fee is levied, waived if you have a Regional Park sticker. Location: 20 miles west of Shaunavon, 12 miles NE of Eastend.

"We have loved our time that we have spent at Pine Cree, it is a great campsite that lets you get back to the simplier things in life. We have enjoyed going camping there with our 2 young sons, and ..... "
